What is your purpose?
What is your purpose?
Most people live without having a life plan. They come to Earth, struggle to make a living, and leave the shores of earthly life without knowing why they came here and what their duties were.
It is important to maintain essential needs and not create many useless desires. We have to learn to differentiate between real needs and unnecessary ones. If you get lost in unnecessary needs, you will not have time to cultivate PEACE OF MIND; you will not have time because you will be enslaved by the demands of making money to pay for what you have unnecessarily acquired.
Prosperity is not only about making money, but about acquiring the mental efficiency to consistently attract health, wealth, wisdom, and peace into your life. In the pursuit of success, one should focus on needs and not on desires.
What are your real needs?
- Food for the body, mind, and soul
- Shelter
- Prosperity
- Health
- The power of concentration
- Good memory
- A compassionate heart
- Friends
- Wisdom
A simple life, elevated thought, and cultivating the truth within oneself to make others spiritually happy are also real needs. True happiness is lasting because it is spiritual in nature, while happiness based on satisfying the senses soon turns into sadness. Making the senses serve the true needs of the body and mind contributes to happiness. Pleasing the senses brings nothing but misery. Concentration should be directed towards meeting real needs.
In recent weeks, I have been gradually slowing down, enjoying more free time. It is wonderful to have time to dedicate to the habits I have developed, such as meditation, self-analysis, taking time to write, and becoming aware of what is truly important in my life so that I can redirect my intention towards that. This gives me the power to focus on projects that are aligned with the purpose I chose for my life over ten years ago. To have a successful life, I understood that I needed to have a dominant purpose, and that purpose had to be the right one. Success should be measured by happiness. Decide to BE HAPPY! Regardless of what is happening in your life now. It is an inner decision!
Happiness mainly depends on the conditions of the inner mind. A strong determination to be happy will help you! If you are happy, you are a blessing to yourself and to others. Happiness cannot be appreciated without having experienced unhappiness. Find your inner power. Use it well.
I realize how important it is that self-analysis leads me to a better understanding of my inner self.
Through the Yoga Life Coach that I experienced during my training in Bali, I learned to create healthy habits in my daily life and today, years later, by putting them into practice, I am beginning to understand what they taught me: “Only when you discard bad habits are you truly free.”
How to do this? By cultivating willpower! As Ramón y Cajal said, “If there is something truly divine in us, it is willpower.” Willpower is the force that moves the cosmos and everything that lives in it.
When you do your part and trust that life will do its part, you will find that mysterious forces will come to your aid, and your constructive desires will materialize. Channel your willpower toward the right goal. Your mental microphone cannot be cluttered with restlessness. You need deep calm!
The value of meditation; when you are calm. Meditation and deep concentration. If you learn to withdraw your thoughts from all distractions and place them on a single object of concentration, then you will know how to attract at will what you need. When you want to create something important, sit quietly, calm your thoughts and senses, and meditate deeply on what you want to do or acquire. Then you will be guided by the great creative power of the spirit, and after that, you must use all natural resources to achieve what you want to accomplish. I have had the privilege of experiencing these mysterious forces… they have come to my aid on several occasions.
I invite you to improve the strength of your body to later improve the strength of your mind. A teacher once told me, “It is much easier to let the river get dirty than to keep it clean.” If at this moment in your life you really want to take responsibility for the person you want to be and the life you want to have, this YOGA LIFE COACH program, which will be offered this month with a 10% discount, is for you!
If you want to discover the purpose of your life and don’t know where to start, I will show you the way. I will accompany you on a journey inward, where by organically removing obstacles, you will discover that you don’t need to look outside for answers; they live within you. You only need to learn to stop the noise to hear the whisper of your heart.
Ask yourself, what is your purpose? Or are you like a ship adrift, without direction?
With deep appreciation and infinite love,
Itzíar
